Fruit Rot Detection

Rotting fruit has been a problem for many years for the farmers growing the produce, to the supermarkets selling the produce to the consumer. Obtaining the best batch of fruit that will stay fresh, juicy with a long shelf life has always been the ultimate goals. However the issue of pathogens do exist and can affect the crops as well as the issue of maintaining product quality during storage and transportation. We address how our GC-IMS system can provide a solution to fruit rot detection.
